1. Refund Policy

- In their original packaging with tags attached.

- Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This may take 7-10 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as sending an incorrect or damaged item).
2. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you need to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

- New Order: After we receive the returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product.
